Executive Chairman & CEO
Zoran Arandjelovic co-founded Epsilon in 2005 and serves as the Executive Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President. Mr. Arandjelovic’s entrepreneurial career spans more than 30 years in a variety of business enterprises. Mr. Arandjelovic has been Chief Executive Officer and President of Capital Z Corp., a private merchant bank focused on technology and resources since 1986. He has served on the board of directors of numerous publicly traded companies, including Martinrea International Inc. (TSX: MRE) and Tawsho Mining Inc. Mr. Arandjelovic received his Bachelor of Arts from York University.
President
Ramik Arandjelovic joined Epsilon in 2007 as an Engineer and was subsequently promoted to New York Project Manager in 2010 and Director of Operations later that same year. In 2011 he assumed his current position as Chief Operating Officer. He has spent considerable time in all facets of upstream and midstream operations, from drilling and completion to production, gathering and marketing. Mr. Arandjelovic has a strong background and experience in both engineering and economics, having received a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with honours from Queen’s University.
Chief Financial Officer & Director of Finance
Lane Bond joined Epsilon in January 2012 as Director of Finance and was subsequently promoted to Chief Financial Officer in May 2012. Mr. Bond’s financial career spans over 25 years with extensive management and oil and gas experience domestically and internationally. He was previously employed by Occidental Petroleum Corporation where he served in various senior management capacities within the finance and accounting functions in the United States, Libya, Yemen, Siberia, Pakistan and Indonesia. Mr. Bond holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Tulsa and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Arkansas.
Vice President of Business Development
Lisa Bromiley joined Epsilon in April 2012 as Vice President of Business Development. Ms. Bromiley has served as a director of Northern Oil and Gas, (NYSE MKT: NOG) since September 2007 and was appointed lead independent director in November 2010. Prior to joining Epsilon Ms. Bromiley provided executive financial and accounting consulting services for mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcy reorganizations and raising capital with Maverick Engineering, Inc. and SolomonEdwards Group, LLC. Ms. Bromiley served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Platinum Energy Resources, Inc., a public independent oil and gas exploration company in 2008 and 2009. From 2004 to 2008 she was the Chief Financial Officer of Flotek Industries, Inc. (NYSE: FTK), a public oilfield service company. Prior to joining Flotek, Ms. Bromiley worked in the energy audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP and worked for three Fortune 500 companies and served in various accounting, finance, SEC reporting and risk management positions. Ms. Bromiley is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Financial Executives International and National Association of Corporate Directors. Ms. Bromiley holds Bachelor of Business Administration. and Masters of Accountancy degrees from the University of Texas.
Vice President of Exploration
Douglas McKinnon joined Epsilon in June 2012 as Vice President of Exploration. Mr. McKinnon has 30 plus years in the oil and gas industry focused on discovering oil in Canada, the United States and Colombia. Mr. McKinnon has served in various management positions including Vice President of Exploration, Chief Operating Officer, President and Chief Executive Officer with several private and public Canadian energy companies. In addition he founded Stoneworx Earth Sciences Ltd., Reece Energy Exploration and 3MV Energy.
Director of Financial Planning and Analysis
Paul Atwood joined Epsilon in November, 2011 as a Director of Corporate Strategy and was subsequently promoted to Director of Financial Planning and Analysis in June, 2012. Mr. Atwood has extensive commodity market investment analysis and portfolio management experience. Prior to Epsilon, Mr. Atwood co-founded a commodity acquisition and advisory investment management company focusing on timberland and mineral acquisitions in the Southeast US. Mr. Atwood holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Science from the University of the South.
